Hungry Valley General Plan Update and Environmental Impact Report

Thank you to those who have participated in public engagement activities to-date and most recently the public scoping period for the Draft EIR.

The public scoping period for the Environmental Impact Report (EIR) began on November 2, 2023 with publication of the Notice of Preparation (NOP), and ended on December 1, 2023. The purpose of public scoping was to facilitate input from agencies, stakeholders, and interested parties on the environmental issues to be addressed in the EIR. A virtual public scoping meeting was held during the scoping period on November 15, 2023. A public scoping report summarizing the scoping process, outreach methods, themes of comments received during scoping, and a compilation of all written comments is also available at the same page (titled Public Outreach Summary - Scoping Report).

We will now continue preparation of the Hungry Valley General Plan Update and Draft EIR. Future opportunities to provide comments and feedback on the General Plan Update and Draft EIR will continue throughout the project process.
